Note:
1. The rate of bricks is the sum of 67 % rate of bricks and 33 % rate of stones. (1000 bricks is equivalent to 2.72 cum of stones).
2. The rate of sand is the sum of 67 % rate of coarse sand and 33 % rate of fine sand.
3. The rate of aggregate is the sum of the 50 % rate of 20 mm stone aggregates and 50 % rate of 40mm stone aggregates.
4. The rate of timber is the sum of 25 % rate of II class teak wood and 75 % rate of country wood.
5. The rate of steel is the sum of 50 % issue rate of 8 to10 mm Tor steel bars and 50 % issue rate of 12 to 16 mm Tor steel bars.
6. The rate of mason is 50 % rate of  I Class mason and 50 % rate of  II Class mason excluding paid holidays.
7. The rate of carpenter is 50 % rate of  I class carpenter and 50 % rate of 11 class carpenter excluding paid holidays.
8. The rate of Male Labour is the rate of  Male Labour excluding paid holidays and 50 % rate of male Labour and 50 % rate of  female Labour.
